The ambassador of Nepal to Russia visited the museum of the history of Buryatia.
The guest, together with his colleagues, watched the exhibition of Buddhist sculpture.
The Museum of the History of Buryatia was visited by the ambassador of Nepal in Russia, Mr. Rishi Ram Ghimire. The delegation included representatives of the Russian Association of International Cooperation Vladimir Fedotov and Boris Vershinin, representing the Society for Cooperation and Friendship with Nepal.
Despite the busy schedule, the guests watched the exhibition of Buddhist sculpture by Sanji-Tsybik Tsybikova and his students, which as a visiting card of the republic acquaints our dear guests with the rich cultural heritage of the region. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Culture of Buryatia.
– You really have a wonderful museum! This is a remarkable exhibition and it shows a rich collection reflecting the cultural heritage of Buddhism in Buryatia. I ask you to keep these precious materials for ages, – wrote in the book of honorary guests, Mr. Rishi Ram Ghimire.
